At Avenyre, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories, manuals, packaging and proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products, opened peptide products, used masks, or products that show signs of use may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will help arrange the appropriate solution.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and follow the return process.
