Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability and local customs processing.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, skincare items, opened peptide products, used masks or products that show signs of use may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, so we can help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Results may vary from person to person. Our LED mask and peptide ritual are intended to support the appearance of healthier-looking, smoother and more radiant skin with consistent use.
